Food Photography & Recipes 2014

email: diana@dibezi.com

As a lifestyle photographer not only do I photograph people but I love creating food recipes and taking pics of them. My recipes are plant based whole foods and always home made. yesterday I found a lovely way to cook hulled buckwheat that turned out plump and pearly. This morning I had some of it for breakfast topped with fresh blueberries, cherries, tahini, coconut butter, and salted pistachio. It's gluten free too.
have your tried buckwheat?

Buckwheat after it's been cooked

Corn is something I just don’t eat a lot of but when I do, I’m reminded of how much I really like it, grilled that is. I saw this lovely image of grilled corn the other day loaded with mayonnaise and cheese and thought, I can have that too, without the mayo and cheese of course, and what I came up with was a delicious variation of Mexican inspiration. Check it out it may be your new favorite!
After the corn is grilled on all sides rub coconut butter, squeeze of lime juice, sea salt and cayenne pepper. So good and dairy free
